Detachment = Peace, Know How in 5 Mins

Our minds are turbulent, and it becomes very difficult to control our minds. But practicing mindfulness can help you to detach yourself from your thoughts and control your mind.

Practicing mindfulness has two benefits. The primary benefit is that it helps you to know that you are different from your mind. You are neither your body nor your mind. The secondary benefit is that it helps you get relief from stress and anxiety. You can watch your thoughts like a stream and get detached from them. In this way, you will not be affected by the emotions too.
