Each year Produce for Better Health Foundation and the National 5 A Day Partnership take this time to encourage organizations, companies and individuals to strengthen their efforts to increase consumption of fruits and vegetables.

  • 5 A Day Recipes: Feature 5 A Day approved recipes as part of your celebration.

  • Enter the National 5 A Day Excellence Awards to showcase your efforts to increase fruit and vegetable consumption.

  • Follow the action steps in PBH’s National Action Plan to Promote Heath Through Increased Fruit and Vegetable Consumption – help to make the healthy choice the easy and desired choice!

  • Encourage your company to participate in PBH’s Worksite Nutrition Program.
